We are a brand new locally owned Community Yoga, Wellness & Fitness Studio that not only focuses on fitness but more importantly, mental health. This is a safe space for you to grow - whether it be in personal growth, healing, or meeting your fitness goals. It is truly beneficial to work from the inside out, mentally to get the results physically. Self-care is number 1, and we offer a variety of classes that will help you decide which fit is right for you. Our highly certified instructors specialize in Yoga, Barre, Pilates, TRX, Circuit Cardio, Phunk Fit, Meditation, Twerq, and Bootcamp classes. Education is important and that is what you will get with all our services. We have nutritionists and health and wellness coaches that will put together transformation programs that are tailored to fit your goals. We also have a Sunlighten Infrared Sauna to detox your body after an amazing workout. Infrared Saunas can be used to treat chronic pain, high blood pressure, wound healing, and offer benefits such as circulation,detoxing, cell health, anti-aging, skin purification, weight loss and just simple relaxation. Sunlighten’s Infrared Sauna has patented heat panels which emit natural heat that will leave you feeling energized. It’s designed to promote deep, natural and detoxifying sweat.
