Exercise Time uses advanced algorithms to insure that you are getting the fullest benefit from the exercise. Exercise Time gives you the ability to keep track of the number of push ups, sit ups, squats, and rope jumps that you do. An audible indicator sounds as you complete your repetitions.
Simply put your iDevice in one of the many arm bands that are available and get to work.
The simple and easy to use interface keeps you from having to go into different setup screens before you can use the app.
