About GOgistiX® Mobile
The GOgistiX® Mobile suite of applications features survey, estimates, and inventory tools for the moving company crews. The mobile applications are included with the EDC-MoveStar® move management system. The survey, estimates and inventory apps can be used off-line (without Internet connectivity). As soon as connectivity is available, the data is immediately transferred to EDC-MoveStar®. The apps also feature document printing, electronic signature, and custom settings.
With feedback from hundreds of users, we’ve meticulously developed GOgistiX® Mobile to reflect the needs of our moving and storage customers. The apps utilize an intuitive workflow and stunning design, making it easy to learn and use.
Survey
Staff can:
- Schedule surveys and get driving directions
- Complete surveys in the customer’s home
- Take photos and create detailed notes related to the job
- And more
Estimate
Sales staff can:
- Create accurate estimates using local, intrastate, and international tariffs and rates
- Schedule pre-move estimates and get driving directions with their desired mapping application
- Take photos and create detailed notes related to the job
- Indicate special entry or residence instructions for your crews
- And more
Inventory
Drivers have the power to:
- Build detailed inventories for every move
- Record damage information and take photos to combat against fraudulent claims
- Capture customer signatures and create valuable reports related to the move
