About HealthKit BMR Lite
This is the first application from a set of tools you can use to check and control your health.
Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) is the minimal caloric requirement of your body. This is the amount of energy your body would burn if you just sit on the sofa and watch TV.
HealthKit BMR Lite is calculating your BMR based on HB equation. This application informs you on how much you can eat without gaining/losing weight.

Easy to use
Metric and Imperial system of measurement
Automatically conversion between cm/kg and inch/lbs
Usage:
The measurement are based on gender, age, height and weight.
Choose your gender at the top and then tap in the age edit box. Automatically a keyboard will be shown. Type your age, in years, followed by a tap on the Done button. Then the height and weight. That’s it, your BMR is calculated. If you want to change the measurement system press the Info button and choose between Metric and Imperial system.
Your settings will be remembered for the next usage.
If you have any values in height and weight fields it will be automatically converted when the measurement system is changed.
