Hi there athlete! Some Great news!
Now you can keep track of your WOD records over the time using our brand new WOD Tracker. Select the unit you want to track (REPS, ROUNDS, TIME, WEIGHT,...etc) define the details of the WOD (type, title, description) and start tracking your results.
We have also added new videos and the new 2023 Crossfit Games workouts!
