HolisTech™ Smart is a full blown Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) designed specifically to run on Smartphones & Tablets when utilized with the HolisTech™ Web CMMS.
HolisTech™ Smart does not need a permanent connection to the internet to function due to its innovative and automated syncing functionality, allowing you to use the software when you have no internet connectivity or very limited bandwidth.

Features:
• Daily PPM sign off functionality. When viewing a daily PPM, the completion tab now allows users to select the day(s) the job was completed on.
• Fault and Repair Code Lists now show only the Fault and Repair Codes that are associated to the Plant Group of the Asset against a job. If the job is not against an Asset or there are no Fault / Repair Codes associated with the Plant Group of the selected Asset, then the full Fault / Repair Code List is shown for that site.
• The 'Enable Badge Count' setting has been added to User Settings (Settings --> User Settings) which allows you to turn off the unread jobs count on the home screen and jobs lists.
• A comma separated list of associated store rooms now show under each stock item on the stock list.
Improvements:
• Fixed issue where syncing Kitting List or historical PPM's would cause the application to timeout.
• When reserving an item of stock you are no longer able to select a help desk request.

• When viewing job and stock lists you there is now a record count shown to the user.
• When scanning an asset and selecting all outstanding or completed jobs (for that asset) the application will now only show jobs where that asset is assigned.
• A new Retain Barcode FIlter user setting has been added. If enabled the application will only show jobs relating to the last scanned asset when navigating around the jobs list.
• Viewing the details of a stock record will always bring down the latest information from HolisTech Web.

• Customers using the custom sign off functionality where the sign off instruction contains a large amount of text will no longer have an issue where the user is unable to scroll and finish the sign off process.
• Previously users have been able to sign off a Checklisted PPM without making sure all child PPMs are signed off first. This behavior has been fixed.
