Minor changes to UI: Add Instagram item to contacts, App Tour image changes, mood slider color change to green, add Go to Calendar to plus menu item, add Done button for test results inputs, hotlink the phone number on Contacts page, remove Case ID from Today screen, add mood slider help text, add down arrow to dropdown controls.
Fix: Appointment page - When other than today's date is selected on the calendar, make the selected date as appointment date.
