iTakeControl Binge

iTakeControl Binge is an evidence and research-based application for patients seeking guidance, support, and assistance with binge eating disorder.

Based on proven cognitive behavior therapy, the application includes content developed by practicing faculty and clinicians in eating disorders from Drexel University’s Psychology Department.

iTakeControl Binge combines tools that allow you to monitor your own behavior and patterns that trigger binge episodes, and enables you to interact with a social community, learning modules, coping strategies, and other tools to personalize your own path to recovery.
