Jumping rope is one of the most efficient ways to work out. Now with Jump Assistant, you can see why! Using your Apple Watch and iPhone, monitor and track your workout progress to push your limits and achieve your fitness goals...

CREATE CUSTOM WORKOUTS
Set your own goals for each workout by choosing from one of four workout modes. Can you beat your personal record?

SYNC APPLE HEALTH DATA
Workouts in the app are stored with your Apple Health data. The Summary tab shows you key metrics for each of five different timeframes - day, week, month, year, and all time.

REAL-TIME FEEDBACK
Use your iPhone as a display during your workout to monitor your performance in real-time on key metrics such as number of jumps performed, calories burned, estimated rotations per minute, and duration.

ACHIEVEMENTS
Master your skills by viewing the achievements you've earned along the way during your jump rope workouts. the iOS app will pull all of your Apple Health jump rope workouts and calculate your progress automatically.

SOCIAL MEDIA SHARING
Stay motivated and encourage others to jump rope. Share your results with friends and family via Facebook, Twitter, or in a text message.

Jump Assistant v3.0 includes major design updates and several new features. As of this release, the iOS app has two new tabs called "New Workout" and "Statistics" that manage starting new workouts and displaying historical data for completed workouts, respectively. Additionally, advertisements can now be removed in the "Settings" tab.

During workouts, you will now see animations to accompany live workout metrics on the iOS app. On the Apple Watch app, measurements have been optimized for rotation rates and calorie burn totals. Jump counts have also been reevaluated in order to balance and differentiate between beginner and advanced users.
