La pizza fatta in casa è un prodotto diverso da quello che siamo soliti consumare negli esercizi commerciali abituali come pizzerie, bar, tavole calde oppure acquistando prodotti prodotti già pronti surgelati o congelati.
Uso la parola "diversa" per indicare il gusto, la consistenza e la genuinità degli ingredienti.
Fare la pizza in casa, per gli affezionati, è una pratica culinaria molto apprezzata e ognuno ha la sua ricetta speciale ed è orgoglioso del risultato ottenuto.
Chi invece fa la pizza per la prima volta difficilmente potrà ottenere un buon risultato.
Anche i successivi tentativi potrebbero risultare mediocri.
Spesso, soprattutto per i principianti,le ricette suggerite ed i procedimenti consigliati se pur apparentemente semplici e lineari, all'atto pratico possono non esserlo.
Questa piccola guida è mirata soprattutto a chi vuole provare, ma anche a chi ha già provato ma non è soddisfatto, a chi, pur esperto e soddisfatto vuole sperimentare nuove soluzioni.
