This app lets you create live photos from videos.
Whys is that important you ask... Well try setting a Live photo as your wallpaper, it will play as a video. So basically you have a video wallpaper.
What's more is that you can hide videos in a disguise as a picture.
Hopefully the app will have much more functionality in the future... such as splitting or sharing live photos.
