About MIXCISE

MIXCISE is your way to create a playlist of exercises for a customized workout. The app allows you to design interval, tabata, or timed routines from high-intensity-interval-training (HIIT) to stretching. You can do this from scratch, a sample workout, a random mix, or one shared with you. The app's library includes hundreds of exercises you can use with or without fitness gear. You can also add your own exercises and gear options for a completely personalized program.

- Shuffle exercises in the workout for a fresh routine

- Import workout files shared from other users
- Organize workouts into groups

The app's exercise library has a range of focuses to choose from such as cardio, core, lower body, upper body, yoga, ballet barre, and stretching. A variety of gear options are available including kettlebell, hand weights, suspension straps, punching bag, ballet barre, foam roller, jump rope, sliders, weighted ball, and yoga hammock. Plus, users can add their own focuses and gear.

Listen to your choice of music/music app in the background while you workout and choose to have the app speak the exercises and intervals to guide you through your routine without having to look at the screen.
