Oneplan puts healthcare in the hands of more South Africans. We offer a wide range of short term insurance products, which are manageable through our Oneplan Mobile Application. These are some of the features our app offers our Oneplan Pet and Health Insurance Clients:
1. Load a new healthcare benefit claim to their Onecard within minutes
2. View and administer their claims
3. Manage their Onecard; reset pin, check balances, cancel cards
4. View Oneplan policy information
5. Upload photos of Proof of Payment to request refunds to their bank accounts
6. Upload invoices, utility bills, photos, and referral letters

We have made the following improvements to our app, some bug fixes, but some very cool new features for you our client. We will continue to work on our app and hope to always improve your experience with the tools we give you, to manage your policy and process claims.
- View Claims Statement included under my claims, which gives you your claim history on your policy.
- My Notifications added to Main Screen (remember to allow notifications for our app so that we can communicate and keep you up to date with your policy activity)
- NEW BUILD - Pet Wellness added for Pet Policy Clients – allows you to create your individual pet wellness tracker and receive notifications and updates on check ups and important pet health tips and information.
- Pet Wellness also links you directly to the OnePet Store to shop for preventative healthcare and load a claim and request refunds for these purchases.
- Pet Wellness has some cute features where you can upload your pet's individual profile image and we even included a cute pet wallpaper to brighten your day.
- Vet Locate – Gives you access to the Oneplan Pet Client Vet Network, you can search and contact vets close to you to make appointments, see their base rates, and have all their information in the palm of your hand
- Oneplan physical address update (We have moved if you didn’t know to Nelson Mandela Square)
- Bug fixes on image uploads and edit cover for Car and Household policies
- Load claim bug fixes for Car and Household policies
- Bug fixes for editing information under My Information, as well as the ability to add and edit all dependant mobile numbers
- Dependent register bug fix
- Oneplan News format fix
