You will find these videos a very simple and straightforward way to learn the basics of Pilates.

There are training videos for all areas of the body: Arms & shoulders, legs, core & abs, booty, lats & obliques, chest & back.

Margrette began her Pilates training at the age of twelve with Marie Jose Blom-Lawrence in Long Beach. The Pilates technique allowed Margrette to successfully battle an early case of scoliosis.

Margrette earned her Pilates Certificates in both Mat Pilates and is also a graduate of the Long Beach Dance Conditioning Certification Program, Advances in Pilates Technique for Apparatus 2002.
