Slot Fit is the perfect workout to do when you live a hectic lifestyle and just don't have the time to spend
hours in the gym every week. Slot fit utilizes a modified slot machine that contains a pool of body weight
exercises that are randomly selected when you spin the slots. These exercises are performed in a circuit
fashion for either 3 minutes, 6 minutes, or 9 minutes based on the intensity level you select which is
beginner, intermediate, and advanced. Each exercise includes a demonstration so that you never have
to guess how a particular exercise is performed.
This unique app combines circuit workouts with the principle of muscle confusion with the random
selection of exercises to keep your body guessing as to which exercise is coming next. These workouts
can literally be done anywhere, whether it be at home, at the office, or in a gym setting. You'll never get
bored with a workout again.
