Sistemi i Menaxhimit të Informacionit Arsimor (SMIP) është një sistem kombëtar i të dhënave arsimore për sistemin arsimor parauniversitar, i cili bën të mundur digjitalizimin e amzës fizike duke ngritur kështu amzën digjitale dhe regjistrin elektronik të notave e mungesave.

Mësuesit mund të hedhin notat dhe mungesat përmes aplikacionit mobile, duke mundësuar përditesimin e të dhënave arsimore të nxënësve në kohë reale.

Ndërkohë prindërit/kujdestarët ligjorë përmes aplikacionit mund të ndjekin progresin e përgjithshëm të fëmijës/ve të tyre si vlerësimet e çdo lënde, komente të ndryshme nga mësuesit, mungesat etj duke u njoftuar me email apo sms për çdo notë apo mungese të marrë nga fëmija/et e tyre.
