About Steps - Plan, Focus & Achieved

Steps is a Time Management (Attention Management) tool designed for Plan, Focus and Achieved. The GTD methodology and The Pomodoro technique are integrated in this App.

How to use this App?
1. Set a goal, such as Read a Book, Write a Paper, or Go through an Exam.(In this App, we say create an Event)
2. Devide the Event into Repeated Tasks, the Tasks are measured as Pomos, we can set every Pomo as 25 Minutes or other time duration.
3. Every day, we just complete small Tasks, without the fear of unattainable goal.
4. Step by step, we achieve the goal at the end date.

Other Tips & Features:
1. Quick add one-off task by Pull down the homepage. It also can be changed to Repeated Task(Event).
2. Swipe right the task to mark completed, Swipe twice to hide the completed task.
3. Swipe left to edit the Event, view the event's statistics, or delete the task.
4. Shake your device to hide all the completed tasks.
5. Every Event can set a Reminder.
6. Use the White Noise BGM to help focus on the task.
7. Multi-devices sync with iCloud.
8. Detailed Record of Daily, Weekly, Monthly efforts/Task completed.
9. All features of the Pomodoro technique.
10. Write and get your Focus data into your Apple "Health" APP with your permission.
