About Study SUPPORT
Study SUPPORT has been developed by Health Professionals based on research into the improvement in working memory gained from participation in relaxation / meditation exercises. This app also addresses the stress and anxiety many students, and professionals engaged in extra study, face during long periods of study and examination. This stress impacts negatively on short term and working memory. It has also been developed to help Students and professionals effectively manage and over time alleviate some of the muscular tension that builds up during their busy study day. All the exercises in Study SUPPORT are simple, practical and most of all effective. The exercises can be performed at school, work, university or at home. The tension relieving postural exercises are approximately 3 minutes long and the meditations are approximately 6 minutes long.
