Employees can check in their attendance in the morning and check out in the evening using the app and their location & time will be captured so you know they have ACTUALLY reached the required place. On basis of attendance it automatically calculates the no of daily hours attended and further no of paid days in a month
With Geo Fencing feature, a fixed radius from your office or any other desired location can be defined for every employee, say 50 meters or 100 meters so they can check in or check out within THAT radius only.
Apart from this , this mobile app has Leave Management Feature also
