Changes in this version:
1). Octave doubling now allows for Intervals like Fifths, Thirds, Tritones, etc... above and below the current note.
2). iPad App will play along with other music Apps playing in the background.
3). Auto, Manual, Clear and Hold buttons are more responsive.
5). Square wave and SawTooth wave are generating the correct sound wave.
6). In-App purchases are finally enabled.
7). Low CPU conditions for devices like the iPod Touch, prompt Alert messages to take appropriate actions to keep the app from slowing down too much.
8). Magnetometer can be configured to behave like a real Theremin: The closer you bring the magnet the quieter the sound.
9). New scales added: Blues-7Note, Melodic Minor and Pentatonic Minor.
