이 게임에서 티모는 책 속으로 빨려 들어가 다섯 개의 문학 세계에 같혀 있는 자신을 발견합니다. 현실 세계로 돌아가기 위해서 티모는 산산조각이 난 마법의 메들리온 조각들을 다시 맞혀야 합니다. 그래서 그는 탈출을 위한 여정을 시작하고 여행하는 책마다 각각 다른 우주를 탐험합니다. 그 여정 중에 많은 어려움과 적들을 만나지만 훌륭한 친구들과 동맹국들을 만날 것입니다.
