USE THE NEW TOOL ROOM FEATURE ON THE APP TO CHECK IN/OUT TOOLS TO YOUR CREW.
• The process takes seconds and records photo, time, date, and confirmation from your crew for full accountability. (You can also allow your crew to do in-field transfers with full accountability)
• Works with or without asset tags (bar/QR codes) and is compatible with existing codes from other brands.
• You and your crew can quickly see what tools are available in your Tool Room or with another crew member nearby.
• Use the mobile app for free: unlimited tools and unlimited users.
• The cloud-based web app (for Tool Room managers to use on their desktop/PC’s) is available for a monthly fee based on the number of users (the first 4 users are free).
• Set-up your Tool Room on the mobile app to get started.
Once you have added your tools to the app, YOU CAN CHOOSE AT ANYTIME TO RENT OUT OR SELL YOUR TOOLS TO OTHER PEOPLE IN YOUR AREA.
• Earn $ from your tools when you are not using them (you set the price and all payments are handled on the app).
• When you rent your tools out on the app, we provide insurance to cover any damages and the renters are held accountable with a deposit.
• All users on the app are rated and you can accept or decline any offer to rent or buy your tools before there is any commitment.
You can also RENT OR BUY TOOLS FROM OTHERS NEARBY.
• After selecting this option, other people’s tools available for rent will show on the app in addition to your own tools.
• Search or browse by tool type, brand, category, or location. All bookings and payments are handled on the app.
• You choose pick-up or delivery where available and can message on the app to coordinate details.
