About 원환게임
열 살 어린이로부터 “다 연결 우주”의 가능성을 가늠해보고자 하는 어른에 이르기 까지. 이들에게 아홉 개의 낯익은 게임을 소개한다. 여기에는 오목, 미로게임, 십자말풀이, 낱말 찾기, 조각그림 맞추기, (서양)장기, 당구와 틱-택-토가 있다. 게임을 하는 동안 어린 아이들은 경계는 없지만 유한한 우주의 모델을 눈으로 보고 이해하는 직관력을 키운다. 2차원 게임에 익숙한 게이머들도 3차원 미로게임, 틱-택-토 게임의 매력에 빠질 것이다. 원래는 어린이용으로 개발되었지만 위상, 기하 및 우주론에 관심을 갖는 성인 역시 이 게임들이 즐길만하고 교육적임을 깨닫게 된다.
