出血の有無やお薬の使用状況、運動の記録を入力できるほか、定期的に生活の質（QOL）などの調査項目に回答していただきます。

研究のスケジュールに従って、生活の質（QOL）などの質問票に回答していただきます。

◆運動の記録
研究のスケジュールに従って、実施した運動を記録していただきます。

◆日々の記録
出血が起きた時、出血の治療や予防にお薬を使った時に必要事項を入力していただきます。
