About voICe

De app voICe richt zich op patiënten die niet kunnen praten. De app is speciaal ontwikkeld voor patiënten op de Intensive Care. De app bestaat uit fraaie pictogrammen die geschikt zijn voor iedere leeftijd, geslacht, geloof en cultuur. Met behulp van de pictogrammen kan men:
* Communiceren: met behulp van pictogrammen, verdeeld over 6 thema’s.
* Informatie vragen en geven: met behulp van bijvoorbeeld het ‘pijnmenu’.
* Oriënteren: met behulp van plaats, datum en tijdweergave.

Indien men een pictogram aanraakt reageert de app met een bijbehorende, gesproken zin. Men kan kiezen uit een kinder- en volwassenstem, man of vrouw, jongen of meisje.

Er kunnen (video)boodschappen door anderen worden achtergelaten. In de app zit ook een teken- en tekstblad. Onder het pictogram ‘voorkeuren’ kan men snel de meest gebruikte pictogrammen kiezen.
