This release fixes several minor bugs

- Ratings / Surveys now live.
- Design overhaul to align with Ceci rebranding.

- Fixed error where user permissions were not being checked once the app updated.
- Fixed several UI scaling issues.
- Fixed error where users were not able to clear their selected videos before upload.
- Implemented several performance optimizations.

- Fixed bug which caused some screen menus to not render, because the navigation state was not being injected into their components.

- Fixed breaking changes from React Native 0.64.1, and breaking changes from XCode 12.5

- Also fixed issue where user permissions were not being saved over updates from App Store.

- Fixed rendering error from dynamic menu builder, preventing app from loading if a dynamic menu was trying to load a nonexistent part of the app.

- Updated explanation of permissions asked for by the app.

Bug Fixes:
- Fixed routing issues where users would be directed to the wrong screens after recording video.
- Updated build number and version number to align.
- Fixed bug where Shared Goal forms would expand infinitely.
- Eliminated memory leak from changing screen orientation.

UI:
- Reworked My-Resources screen to handle much more listed / uploaded resources.
- Lots of layout and style changes, making UI scale more appropriately throughout all devices.

Features:
- Added ability to reset password, as well as hide / show password input at login screen.

Fixed some UI scaling errors and pre-filled form data.

Video uploading has been optimized, improving upload speed by 2.5 times on average. Users can now upload while using other apps on their phone - Ceci uploads videos in the background while the app runs.

Coaching Partnerships can now be viewed, as well as Resources uploaded from the Coaching Companion website.

Shared Goals and Action Plan Steps can be added, edited, and deleted in their coaching partnerships. Comments can also be added to each other these, along with resources associated with coaching partnerships.
