WOD "Workout of the day" - your best helper in daily interval trainings.
The app sums up the experience of thousands hours of his creators - professional athletes and fitness instructors. If you aim at improvement of yourself and your body, and way from the home to the gym takes more time than workout itself - then this app for you!
The app contains more than 100 detailed written workouts, grouped in 4 basic consistent sections:
- Warm-ups - easy short workouts for warming-up
- Gymnastics - workouts created with body weight exercises
- Cardio - running, rope jumping etc - everything that makes heart beat faster and a breath deeper.
- Weightlifting - exercises with the bar, kettlebellls.
The main advantage of WOD "Workout of the day" is possibility to choose a new workout every day. Every workout has it's own feature (Warm up, Gymnastics, Cardio, Weightlifting, Gymnastics+Cardio, Gymnastics+Weightlifting, Weighlifting+Cardio, Weightlifting+Gymnastics+Cardio) and level of complexity from easy to difficult. Also you can generate your own workout using presented exercises or yours.
The programm WOD "Workout of the day" is created by people who got a great experience in sport and fitness. We understand that detailed description can't tell about all the nuances of exercise because everyone is unique. So in case of answers and difficulties we recommend you to consult a sport or fitness instructor.
The application supports Health app:
At your request, the data on completed training will be automatically added to the Health app.
Should you choose to upgrade to a Premium Membership, payment will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Your monthly subscription is $0.99 per month, while the yearly subscription is $5.99 per year. (Price may vary by location.) Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current period and cancellation of the current active subscription period is not allowed.
Auto-renewal may be turned off in your Account Settings in iTunes after purchase. You can also manage your subscriptions in Account Settings after purchase.
