This app is not here to teach you yoga.
There are many styles of yoga around. Each with their own philosophy, pace, and direction. It's been proven by example, that any established style can give a person what he seeks when coming to yoga.
There is a key to succeeding though. Perseverance.
Yoga is a lifestyle. It's important to treat it as such. As only when you stop focusing on the desired results, and start doing yoga with humbleness and without a deadline, it will bear fruit.
Whichever yoga style you chose, Yoga Days is here to keep your inner fire burning and give a sense of unity with other people.
There are countless apps to teach the specifics of any yoga style. While it's highly recommended to study yoga under the live guidance of an experienced teacher, they do a pretty good job.
By adding a practice entry in this app you join the unity of people who devoted their time to practice today. This unity is visible in the app to inspire everyone. You control the amount of information you share.
You can also add private details about your practice, including notes, location, detailed statistics (focus, intensity, strength, breath, flexibility, etc.) and body mass. Synchronizes with Apple Health if desired.
