About Yoga Pranayama

Richard führt Dich durch drei Übungen in dieser App: Spinal-, Wechsel- und Vollatmung. Du kannst wählen, um seine Übungen mit oder ohne Hintergrundgeräusche zu hören.

Seit über 35 Jahren praktiziert Richard Hackenberg Asanas, Pranayama und Meditation. Seit 17 Jahren unterrichtet er Yoga, organisiert Seminare über Pranayama, Anatomie und Yogatherapie und bildet Yogalehrer aus.
