About YogiDoList

YogiDoList is a daily to-do list for yoga poses. It follows the courses given to us in the appendix of the book, "Light on Yoga" by BKS Iyengar. Inspired by his teachings, this application will help guide you along the course.

After creating an account, YogiDoList will keep track of your progress throughout the course. For each day that you complete all of the given poses, you will increase in progress. For each day that you do not complete all of the poses, your progress will decrease. YogiDoList will take you from beginner to expert with 300 weeks worth of practice.
