@mentioning for Live Feed and Messaging
We listened to your feedback and are excited to release @mentioning for Messaging and LiveFeed. You can now @mention People, Materials and Schedule Items from both the Community Feed and Messaging Channels.

Video Chat!
For Premium and Enterprise Accounts who have Zoom or Webex Integrations enabled, you can now generate a meeting with a tap! Generate meetings from the video icon in Profile (coming soon, Group Video chats!)

Live Feed - Search and Refine
Looking for that one post from last week or that post from a Connection? We're introducing the ability to search the Live Feed as well as new refine features that let you filter by your posts and posts of your connections.

Live Feed - Full Screen playback options (rewind/pause)
You can now scrub through longer videos, play/pause and skip ahead.

Profile - Pending Connection Requests
You can now see a list of who's requested to connect with you and pending requests you've made so they don't get lost in the ether.

Gallery - Allow Multi-select when adding Gallery Images
We were silly and previously only let you upload a single photo at a time when posting an image to the Gallery. You can now add multiple photos with a long tap in your Library.

Community Feed - Uploading performance
We've improved the performance of posting photos to the Live Feed by uploading your images/videos in the background. It's speedy!

Live Feed - Indication when a comment was Deleted
Deleted comments in threads now display an anonymous area that states a comment had been deleted to avoid confusing threads.

Messaging - Retiring Stickers
We've retired Stickers from LaunchPad. Stickers no more.

We update LaunchPad often to make your experience better. We polished a few things, fixed some bugs and made a few performance improvements.

Virtual Events – Appointments and Schedule in Device Time zone
For virtual events where attendees are not all located in a single time zone, updates have been made to utilize the individual device’s time zone for displaying the time of events in the device’s time zone.

Live Feed now supports multiple feeds for various groups within your organization or event. Feeds can be created for different departments, VIPs, or any other groups you'd like. Access to Feeds can be specified to specific people or groups.

You can now reply to comments as well as liking comments.

Custom Color Themes
Select custom color themes based on your corporate or event branding to give LaunchPad a custom look and feel.

Notifications Update
Event organizers and admins now have an updated in-app Notifications Composer, giving you the ability to send notification tests, along with design improvements.

Collections Updates
Collections have been given a facelift, giving you insight into your progress on viewing Materials and a few other welcomed design improvements.

Collections - Specific Collections
Admins now have the ability to specify specific groupings of collections to create as a menu item. Previously only a single Collection or All Collections was possible. This update gives you a bit more granular control.

Appointments - Request Invite to Appointment
The ability to request an invite to an appointment is now available in the LaunchPad app. You can request yourself or others to be invited to the appointment's organizer.

Appointments - Push Notifications - Customer Check-in Reminder
Organizers are now alerted when their Customers have checked-in to their appointment before the organizer's arrival.

Appointments - Ability to Specify Room Access
Rooms can now be designated to groups or individuals. When specified, only those people can view and book appointments.

Audio and Podcast Player Improvements
You now can pick up where you left off when playing audio files. Also, audio playback now plays nicely with car audio.

LaunchPad 4.2 – Release Notes and Feature Changes

Customers - Last Engagements and Upcoming Engagements – Added visibility into a Customer's upcoming and previous engagements at events. A new sub-menu now exists within Customer profiles that displays their past and upcoming history of engagements at events, as well as the check-in status.

Customers – Engagements Menu – Now you can see the Status of customers’ appointments at a glance for any given event.

Live Feed URLs – Posting URLs to the Live Feed will now display a preview of the content at the shared link, including preview image, title, and short description. Users can tap on the preview in order to launch the URL.

Appointments – Ask Customer – Now you can utilize the Ask Customer feature from Mobile.

Customers – Linking from Appointments – Customers’ Full Profile is now visible from within an Appointment’s details

Notifications – Link to Section – You can now link to a specific menu (in addition to items within a menu, such as a specific Session). Sections include Sessions, Materials, Collections and Appointments.

Live Feed – Disable Participation – Live feed can now be configured to remove the ability for others to post, like and comment, which can be used for events where only officially messaging is required.

Appointments Check-in - Badge Scan Improvements – When checking in via Badge Scan, you are now able to scroll through a given users appointments. Previously only the closest appointment appeared. This improvement allows more flexibility.

Surveys - Summary Screen - after taking surveys now displays correct answers in a more intuitive way.

Home - Improved stability on the Home Screen for complex configurations.

User Profiles – Added Assistant Fields, which will display in user’s contact information (if provided).

Notifications – Improved Deep-linking of Notifications. Push Notifications can now direct users directly to their Schedule, Appointments, or Live Feed Menus.

Appointments – Appointment Details – Customers are now displayed first within Appointment details to make it easier to access Customer Profiles, and various other design and User Experience Improvements.

LaunchPad Version 4.1

A new version of LaunchPad has been released! We’re so excited to share with you a bunch of new features, improvements, and fixes. Below is a quick snapshot of what you can expect.

Next Session Bug Fix - After an arduous, safari-like journey to the depths of our code, we tracked down an elusive and rare bug affecting how and when next-session was displayed. In a bitter-sweet moment, we then made said bug extinct.

Major Features LaunchPad 3.1.2

Live Audience Polling - Trigger notifications to a session's audience to get their opinions in real-time. Live leaderboards and Answer Summaries are now available through customer URL's to show correct answers and summaries in real-time.

Live Feed Indicators - Don't miss any of the action with Live Feed indicators. Now you will see the number of Live Feed posts displayed in the menu since you last visited.

Appointment Check Ins and No Shows - Now admin users can mark appointment attendees as having attended an appointment. You can now also mark an invitee as a no show, and undo check-in options.

Share PDFs - PDFs can now be configured to be shared with others. Now you can share via SMS, Email, and other apps.

In-App Notifications - Stay in the moment with live In-App notifications to event attendees.
