Happy holidays! For our final update of 2019 we've added 22 new recipes including our No Bake Protein Balls, Chickpea Tofu Power Bowl and Keto Bacon Wrapped Chicken. In January we're launching our all new Mediterranean plan. This is the first of a number of new plans we'll be bringing to MealPrepPro in 2020.

This update also brings the ability to Sign in with Apple on iOS 13. Finally, we now support shellfish allergies.

We've added haptic feedback and animations that spark joy! We've also made some behind the scenes changes to our subscriptions, which will allow us to bring you some exciting new features in the coming months. Fixed a bug when using MealPrepPro on a second device for the first time. Previously, if the app was installed on a new device, it could overwrite the existing, synced meal plan with a brand new plan. Big thank you to the user who reported the issue! Fixed bug where on iPad after swapping a meal, the macro rings weren't updated. Portion calculator now allows you to enter decimal numbers.

Two weeks, two big updates. Last week we brought allergy friendly meal plans to MealPrepPro, along with vegetarian and pescatarian plans.

This week, when you tap "Swap" you'll notice a new button to access your favorite recipes. As the number of recipes inside the app keeps growing, this is really handy for quickly finding your go-to meals.

We've also improved the way the shopping list works, by adding weight information for certain items. For example, you'll no longer see just 2 sweet potatoes but the app will also specify the weight (476g/16.8oz).

Finally, we're celebrating 12 months in the App Store as MealPrepPro turns 1 years old. Thank you for all your support and reviews!

Version 1.9 brings major improvements to the shopping list. You can now view your groceries by recipe and remove individual recipes. We've also added sharing so you can share the list with whoever is in charge of shopping today. Big thank you to everyone who shared their feedback about how the shopping list works.

We’ve been hearing from adventurous MealPrepPro users who want the flexibility of being able to choose recipes that are not in their plan. For example, if you are on the standard plan, you also occasionally want to have a plant-based meal. Or if you are on the plant-based meal plan and you want to have meat on a Saturday. You gotta do you and in this update we've added that flexibility as an option.

1. 20 new recipes with a prep time of 10 minutes or less. Want to see a particular new recipe? Reach out and we'll do our best to accommodate requests. We're working on additional breakfasts and snacks!
2. New recipe videos - we've added additional recipe videos for the cooking mode.
3. We've also spent a fair bit of time looking at ingredient rounding - this should make the ingredient list easier to follow.
4. 3D Touch - you can now 3D touch on the app icon to go directly to your shopping list and add water to your water tracker.
5. Non-destructive plan editing - previously, whenever a change was made to the calories or to your partner's details, you'd be given a new 4 week plan. The app now simply adjusts your current plan.
6. We've made a number of tweaks and improvements to our plant-based recipes.

Want to cut your meal prep time by 1/4? Grab this update to MealPrepPro and get our new 5 minute meals. We've tested it and for most users, their meal prep time will come down by 25%. Also, to help you better plan your week, you can now sort recipes by the quickest prep time.

Want to be notified when we add new recipes or features? You can now enable this in the Settings.

Important announcement: for users on our standard plan, the next plan you create will have snacks which make up 10% of your daily calories. Previously it was 25%. We felt the 10% was a more natural snack size and it's already the size for snacks on Keto and Plant-Based meal plans.
