Via de Merin Service App kunnen gebruikers alle meldingen en klachten doorgeven. Deze meldingen komen bij Merin op een vast e-mailadres binnen. Bij doorgeven van een melding heeft de gebruiker de mogelijkheid een foto toe te voegen. Verder worden de gegevens en locatie van de melder automatisch meegezonden. Dit zorgt er dus voor dat alle meldingen compleet zijn en het een goede digitale archivering van de meldingen creëert.
