Updated App for 2020 changes to handicap calculations by USGA and WGA. The new calculation requires that the course rating be taken into the calculation as it relates to par. The new calculation is: (handicap Index x slope rating / 113) + (course rating - par). Added the ability to use Equitable Stroke Control when entering scores per 2020 USGA rules. Fixed a bug in 7.1 for ESC while playing Net Handicap.

In addition to the handicap calculation changes for the 2020 rules, we have added the Equitable Stroke Control option based also on the new rules for 2020. The maximum score for a hole is a "Net Double Bogey", this means if you get a stroke on a par 4 then the max score is a 7, if you don't get a stroke the maximum is a 6.
