This new update contains:
MIMS Ticket
Create and manage tickets, assign tasks (with checklists if necessary) to those responsible and mark the ticket as resolved once the completion criteria is fulfilled. Capture clips, images and location details to further supplement the ticket.
MIMS Messaging
MIMS Messaging provides a secure internal communication platform allowing for exchange of text and voice messages, location information between the MIMS Mobile and MIMS Watch users. MIMS Messaging supports emoticons, user status change and encrypted communication.
