What’s new to MobileSOC?
* Respond Now: If a response action is available click the “respond now” button and you will navigate to the alert screen where a list of recommended response actions will be presented to you. You can select one or many response actions based on your investigation.
* Escalate with Comments: The stand-alone escalate and comment tabs have been combined into one comprehensive tab now called Escalate / Comment. This update was made to clarify which actions are available and to ensure you select the correct option based on a particular situation.
New Dashboards in MobileSOC
* Situational Awareness: shows important alerts for the assigned analyst, your entire organization, or our SOC
* Recent Activity: shows the history of alert investigations and response activity
* Your Team Performance: displays metrics for your team’s performance to determine if and where improvements may be needed
