This application works in conjunction with ToolWatch Enterprise, a desktop based product. In order to log in and use this application, you must have a ToolWatch Enterprise subscription, and credentials setup by your administrator.

Services Requests are now available in the ToolWatch app. A new Service Request menu item takes field workers to a new area where they can submit service requests right from the app. App users can also view previously submitted requests that are pending (submitted) or in progress (the request is now a work order).
