This version of Hopem Manager introduces several enhancements designed to simplify daily operations, improve control, and increase team efficiency.
Tenant management is now more streamlined with the ability to send invitations across all of a tenant’s buildings in a single action, significantly reducing repetitive steps during deployment.
Configuration of settings and tools has been improved with the addition of a global application option, allowing you to standardize configurations across multiple buildings or units while minimizing setup errors.
Task management has also been enhanced. You can now automatically assign one or more managers when creating new tasks, reducing manual intervention and improving workload distribution. Task cards now display additional key information, including creation and last modification dates, for better tracking.
Task visibility on the tenant side has been completely redesigned. A task is now visible only when a tenant is explicitly assigned to it, providing more precise control and a clear distinction between internal tasks and those intended for tenants.
In the Hopem Tenant app, the ability for tenants to mark tasks as completed has been removed to ensure more consistent and reliable tracking of work by managers.
A new export feature allows you to export tasks to Excel, preserving active filters and sorting, making it easier to analyze and share data outside the platform.
The synchronized tasks grid has also been enhanced with new columns (request number, building, unit, tenant name) and an optimized layout for quicker access to key information.
This release also includes various bug fixes and performance improvements to deliver a more stable, consistent, and seamless experience.
