My Dose Coach™ is designed for adult patients who have type 2 diabetes and who have been prescribed and are taking a once-daily long-acting basal insulin by their healthcare provider. To use My Dose Coach™, your healthcare provider must be registered in the program and send you a dose plan. You will then be able to us My Dose Coach™ as an aid to track your fasting blood glucose levels and adjust your long-acting basal insulin dose based on your healthcare provider's plan to help you work toward your target glucose level.
