FishingBooker's recent partnership with Stripe is set to provide captains with improved payment options and flexibility. To help captains create their Stripe connected accounts, we've updated our Online Payments form.
The new form will provide captains will clear instructions on which business information they need to fill in. Once their info is confirmed, captains will unlock all the benefits connected to Online Payments via Stripe.

Listing process improvements:
Captains can now see what type of photos should be added to make their listing more attractive. They'll also see a badge informing them of low quality photos on all photos that have poor resolution.
Skipping Directions to the meeting point step meant that customers often don't know where exactly they'll meet the captain. To address this we made Directions to the meeting point a mandatory step during the listing creation process.

Improvement: In some cases, captains use the social login option or the wrong email address when signing up into the app and end up accidentally creating completely new accounts. To help captains log in with their original email, we included a phone number verification step in the sign-up process. If the phone is already in the system, captains will get a hint of the original email they used to create the account and will have the option to be redirected to the login screen instead.
