The minor bugs in EZPaz have been resolved.

In the event of module upgrades or service disruptions, users will be redirected to a dedicated maintenance page for updates. Additionally, minor bugs have been addressed to ensure a seamless user experience.

Minor bugs in the feedback and IoT modules have been successfully addressed and fixed.

- KUL T1 Shuttle Bus: Now part of the first 6 icons, providing Arrival/Departure timing.

- Bus Management On-boarding: Passengers access real-time data on bus location, next arrival, departure status, route, and bus lounge.

- Bus Information: Timings for MTB and SAT.

- Take me there: Airport navigation aid for efficient travel.

- Plan My Journey: Integrated with real-time bus management for Arrival/Departure.

- Minor bug fixes and Google Maps optimisation.

Improvements encompass advanced AI/ML capabilities, thorough Point of Interest data access, convenient flight information retrieval, and effortless live agent interaction. An enhanced feature set enhances user satisfaction. Transportation services now provide an expanded range of e-hailing options and guides. Arrival flight details now incorporate additional baggage notes.

Feedback Module Enhancements

Media Upload Capability: Users can now enrich their compliments, suggestions, or complaints by attaching videos and images to their submissions.

File Limits: Video uploads are now supported, with a maximum file size of 20MB per video. Users have the flexibility to include up to 5 files, comprising a combination of videos and images.

Enhanced User Experience: The feedback module has undergone improvements to provide a more seamless and user-friendly experience. Users can now convey their feedback more effectively through multimedia elements

1. The flight information display system modules now incorporate MASB Airport.
2. Enhancements have been made to the Feedback modules.

- Fixing minor bugs

- MYairport2.0 application has been rebranded with new Terminal names as KUL Terminal 1 and KUL Terminal 2 instead of KLIA, klia2.
- In Feedback section, the order of the type of feedback has been re-arranged as COMPLAINT, SUGGESTION and COMPLIMENT.
- User will be able to use the application with Car connect feature.

1. Indoor wayfinding has been enhanced in functionality & visibility of the end user.
2. The baggage tracking name has been updated with Baggage reclaim on the home page.
3. Feedback features have been enhanced with an Error message when no network / Failed Submission of complaints.

Feedback feature update-
* Now users can upload multiple images such as compliments, suggestions, and compliant sections.

Chat-Bot:
• Chatbot feature has been added in the MYairports2.0
• Users can be able to chat with the bot regarding the airports (KLIA & klia2)
• Users can ask any question or enquire about the places which are located at the terminal.
• Chatbot icon is displayed on the home-screen bottom right corner.
• To initiate the chat with the bot, please click on the Bot icon -> New conversation.
• Users can be able to find a couple of FQAs in the bot.

Others feature:
• Promotion Notification: The user can be able to receive push notifications if any new promotion is added to the application.
• Custom Filter: Users can filter the POIs based on their own choice in Stores, Dining & Essential Services.
• Application Update: A new version of the app is now available, with more exciting features! The user will get the option (Later | Update Now).
• FIDS: Flights information details have been enhanced.

Plan My Journey
• Plan My Journey has been added to the application
• Users can be able to create their own itinerary for Home to Gate & Gate to Home on Malaysia Airports application.
o Departure Passenger: User can create their own itinerary from Home to Gate.
o Arrival Passenger: Users can create their own itinerary from Gate To Home
• Using Plan My Journey, users can be able to track the flight for Departure/Arrival.
• And Users can explore more Online Shopping/Booking, Dining & Stores.

FIDS enhancement

• Arrival Flight status has been updated in the Fight Information Display System
• FIDS Performance has been improved.

Customer Feedback

Indoor Wayfinding

∙ The Indoor Wayfinding feature has been introduced in MYairports 2.0 application.
∙ Users can explore the place of interest and their can view entire maps of KUL (KLIA & kila2)
∙ Map icons have been added to the home page, if the user clicks on that icon, they will land on the indoor wayfinding map page.
∙ Users can explore the place of interest as their location on the POI details page.
∙ Facebook login feature has been upgraded with the new library.

Apple Sign-up

∙ Now users can be able to do login via Apple Sign

• The Flight Information Display System has been enhanced with dynamic search functionality on the FIDS page, Users can be able to search flights with Airline names, Flight Code & locations on the FIDS page.
• FIDS enhanced the performance of flight search results.
• Email Verification feature has been added in this update, User can verify the email id at any time using the email verification button on the sign-up page.
