MyFM is one of CNA-Q’s mobile application service to Facilities Management Computer Aided Maintenance Management Software (CAFMMS) namely “FAMIS”. MyFM was designed to help streamline communications for the end-users, whether they're on site or in the field. MyFM allows users to snap a picture of a broken piece of equipment, create a work order, and send it off to CNA-Q Facilities Helpdesk for further action - all from a mobile device.
