Thrive Homes is a forward thinking, not-for-profit organisation providing good quality affordable homes and services enabling the development of communities where people enjoy living.

Thrive Homes owns and manages over 4,000 rented and leasehold properties in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire.
We have already invested over £55million in improving homes and neighbourhoods and continue to increase our property portfolio. We are now starting to develop new homes and expect to provide a further 800 homes within the next 10 years.
