Patients with cardiovascular disease should consult a physician before engaging in high intensity interval training.
The app uses your phone's GPS to track your position during use. Continued usage of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
Myworkout GO uses HealthKit to store activities performed on the Apple Watch in the Health app, and to read and display your heart rate data.
