The Xfinity My Account app is going away as of April 26, 2023. Instead, download the Xfinity app https://apps.apple.com/us/app/xfinity/id1178765645 to manage your Xfinity account anywhere, anytime. All of the features from the My Account app are now available with the Xfinity app.

With so many of our customers working and learning from home, we are pausing our data plans through May 13, 2020, giving all customers Unlimited data for no additional charge. Customers with an upcoming appointment will see additional messaging about extra precautions we're now taking to keep everybody safe, including expanded future appointment times, so you can now schedule or reschedule further out if needed.

New Feature: Account switching has finally arrived! Xfinity customers can now manage all of their linked accounts without the hassles of multiple sign-ins. Easily switch between accounts from the "More" menu and "Account Information" screen. As a bonus, all customers can now create or edit an account nickname. Let the creativity flow!
