NShape is a Personal Training app that generates personalized workouts based on your fitness goals and equipment, or, you can create your own!

With NShape, a lack of time is no longer an excuse. We'll generate workouts for a quick break from work or an hour at the gym.

Your profile and equipment availability can be updated on the fly to accommodate working out from home or at your regular fitness center.
