The NuStart Health app is an engaging and easy-to-use platform that allows you to effortlessly manage your health and wellness. NuStart Health combines a set of foundational modules (personal health and wellness tracking with guided interventions, social community, and prescribed content) to engage you throughout the program. It is a convenient way for you to receive healthy living content, personalized tips, support and accountability that will allow you learn life skills and develop new, healthy habits. This app will give you access to the tools, information and coaching you need that will help you to excel at living well. In addition, the NuStart Health app provides integration with Apple Health to allow tracking activity from a myriad of fitness devices.

The NuStart Health mobile application allows you to upload pictures to a web dashboard for your coach to review. Your coach can directly comment on things like the portion size and quality of food on your dinner plate; nutrition labels for foods that you enjoy or want to try; or even take a look at the food that’s in your refrigerator or pantry at home. They say that a picture is worth a thousand words and your coach can give you specific feedback and helpful tips to keep you progressing along your health journey at home, at work, and when you’re out and about.
