Our app connects like minded people from all over the world that would like to support each other in achieving their next fitness goal and become healthier. NXL is the first social fitness app that combines a cardio and strength workout tracker with a social network. Join the community for free, and engage with your friends and the people you admire all on one platform.

The idea of having all the tools needed for a healthy lifestyle right in one place was the basic idea we had in mind when we developed the app. For this reason, the app comes with many different functionalities. NXL wants to make healthy both fun and easy, join the movement now and download the free app.

Social Network
NXL is a fully equipped social platform, allowing you to like, comment, and send direct messages to other users. Rate recipes and workouts to help other users find the best content quickly and give the author feedback.

Strength Workout Tracker
The app allows you to create, buy and even sell workouts. Once you selected a workout you can use the in-app workout tracker to see the creator’s instructions, training variables and even log the workout without having to leave the app to monitor your progress.

Cardio Workout Tracker
If you go for a run or to your next group fitness class, use the NXL cardio workout tracker to track the activity, measure your heart rate, distance, and calories burnt. You can create your custom cardio workouts, use sample workouts, or buy workouts other users created.

Cookbook
Our app helps people to be able to access healthy recipes quickly. Search for healthy alternatives to your favourite dishes or get inspired by the fast growing recipe database from NXL. If you like a recipe while looking through content in the app, you can bookmark it, so you can find it easily again in your NXL Cookbook.

Challenge Friends
We all have a close friend that we like to compete with, for that reason we included the “challenge friends” function in the workout screen. During our busy days it can be hard to meet on a continuous basis with friends to work out together, why don’t you challenge them to motivate each other to reach your full potentials.

Groups
Do you want to see how your daily activity is compared to people at work or your family? Create a group on NXL and share the steps you take, the floors you climb, and the calories you burnt with the other group members. This is a great function for corporations that are interested in making an internal step challenge and care about their employees’ health. For this feature we use the steps and floors determined by the Apple Health App.
