We've been hard at work, making Papa a safer place. We've overhauled our vetting system to raise the bar on what it means to be a new Pal. This release contains the infrastructure to handle all the new resources coming your way.

In addition, we are introducing a beta version of an Emergency Shield button that can help you and your members. It will be initially given to a small number of Pals to ensure it works as expected. Stay tuned for updates.

Introducing the Handshake! When starting a visit you will now be able to show the Member a badge that shows who you are and can even call the Member to verify you are a Papa Pal.

Also, we are introducing a beta for Preferred Pals to Reschedule Visits on behalf of Members. It is in testing and only a few will be testing, but stay tuned for more.

Big update! We now show transportation destinations in the Pal App. If your visit includes driving tasks you'll be able see where you need to go (you'll still want to confirm destinations with your member). Also, visits now include a link to Community Guidelines and Health Plan Resources to provide additional context for what's allowed and encouraged while on a visit.
