We've made the login/signup smoother, you can now use either your phone number or email to login to your ParcelPal account. Tracking your order has been made more accurate. As usual, we've made some improvements to the stability and security of the app as well as a bunch of other things that you probably won't even notice.

We’ve made the ordering process faster so you can start enjoying your favourite eats sooner. Finding items in a store has never been easier, you can now search items directly from the store or organizing by category. Share your favourite stores or items. Menu loading speeds have been improved and you can now rate stores and items. As always, we have made speed and stability improvements and squashed some pesky bugs.

Ordering is now even easier with Apple Pay. Want to just get straight to the stores you like most? You can now “favourite” your top stores by tapping the heart directly in your store list. Favourite stores can be easily accessed through your account page. We have now grouped chain stores, so you won’t be seeing the same store multiple times. Adding your credit card just got easier with our new scanning feature. Don’t want to show us your ID every time you order alcohol? You can now scan your ID in the app and we won’t need to ask to see it again. Last but not least, changing your address or payment method just got easier. You can now change these directly from the checkout screen.
As always, we make improvements to speed and security.

We’ve made some major changes to the apps flow, you can now see all the stores offering delivery through the ParcelPal app in one view or filter it down by the type of business you are looking for. Navigating a stores product listing is now seamless and intuitive. New and improved search allows you to search for stores and items in our app or view our most popular categories with one tap. Need help with your order? You can now speak directly to ParcelPal support through the order tracking screen. We’ve revamped our tipping flow so you can say thanks to your awesome courier by dropping them some coin. Referring friends is even easier, simply tap refer and share to anywhere you like. You and every referred friend get delivery credit to use towards anything on the app.
